Sedation

Inhalation Sedation
This is a mixture of nitrous oxide (‘laughing gas’) and oxygen that is inhaled through a face mask. The nitrous oxide reduces anxiety but does not put you to sleep. After treatment you can leave straight away without needing someone to accompany you home.

Intravenous Sedation
A consultant anesthetist helps sedate you so that a three hour appointment will feel like 30 seconds. Drift in and out of sleep whilst we restore your smile. You will require someone to accompany you home when treatment is complete.

We offer ipods with extensive music selection alternatively why not relax and watch a movie. Viewed through Olympus Eye-trek glasses you get the appearance of watching a 52″ screen from two metres with stereo sound. You can choose from a whole host of movie:
