Are you happy with our service, or do you think there’s areas we can improve on? We welcome your feedback, whether they be compliments or complaints.

We will deal with your feedback courteously and promptly. We follow a process for dealing with any complaints:

Our process for complaint management

  1. The person responsible for dealing with any complaint is Danielle White.
  2. If the she is not available at the time, then you will be told when you will be able to talk to her and arrangements will be made for this to happen. The member of staff will take brief details of the complaint and pass them on.
  3. If a complaint is about any aspect of clinical care or associated charges it will normally be referred to the clinician, unless you do not want this to happen
  4. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing and enclose a copy of this code of practice as soon as possible, normally within three working days.
  5. We will seek to investigate the complaint within ten working days of receipt to give an explanation of the circumstances which led to the complaint. If you do not wish to meet us, then we will attempt to talk to you on the telephone. If we are unable to investigate the complaint within ten working days we will notify you, giving reasons for the delay and a likely period within which the investigation will be completed.
  6. We will confirm the decision about the complaint in writing immediately after completing our investigation.
  7. Comprehensive records are kept of any complaint received.

After qualifying from Guys Hospital in 1996 Zaki embarked upon a career pathway, which lead to him gaining a 2 year Masters Degree in Implant Dentistry from the GKT Institute. Zaki has a Diploma in Dental Sedation, as well as in Hypnotherapy and has recently become a Licentiate of The Faculty of Homeopathy. He is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology in the UK and is an Editorial Consultant for Dental Implant Summaries, a widely distributed Implant Journal. He has been working as part of the Bow Lane team since it was started in 2001.

Mark graduated from Kings College Hospital Dental School in 1992. He obtained a surgically based Fellowship in Dental Surgery (FDS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1996 and entry onto the General Dental Council Specialist list in Oral Surgery in 1998.

He undertook specialist training in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics at the world renowned Eastman Dental Institute in London and obtained the Specialist Diploma of Membership in Restorative Dentistry (MRD) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2004.

Fahd qualified in 2003 from University of Glasgow. He later undertook various hospital posts and degrees at the Universities of Newcastle upon Tyne and Leicester, as well as, the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Fahd developed interests in restorative dentistry, oral surgery and sedation for anxious dental patients.
