The treatment and service I have received at Bow Lane with Ilan Preiss and his team is no less than first class, from the initial consultation to the follow up appointments that I am still attending. A number of alternative dental plans were discussed and at no time was I pressured in to making any rash decisions, everything was clearly explained and at all times I was never made to feel that I had to go with the most expensive option. "I spent many years fearful of the commitment that dental surgery, I thought, would put me under and thinking that the bad dental work I had done when I was young wasn't effecting my confidence. I heard of the Bow Lane Dental Group through a friend and arranged a visit.

At first I wasn't sure how far I wanted to go or how I was going to pay for it but I did know I wanted to stop putting it off. I met with Ilan and Sarah and instantly knew I was in good hands. They both seemed to know my fears and apprehensions but helped me deal with them quickly and reassuringly. So when I found out that I could watch films like James Bond and the BBC Planets documentary my only problem was which was to watch first, I tried Citizen Kane but I never really spent that much time in the chair.

"I had always been fearful of dentists and because of this had not visited my dentist as often as I should have, resulting over time in unsightly gums and teeth. In fact, to the point where I became very self-conscious when smiling and talking up close.

Two things changed this: 1) the man of my dreams asked me to marry him and 2) I found Bow Lane Dental Group.
