3D Digital Scan

This offer is ongoing and has no current end date but may be withdrawn or changed at any time. This offer provides free iTero 3D digital scan to patients. This offer is open for all individuals who are existing and new patients at  Bow Lane Dental. Digital scan appointments will include only a 3D scan of patient’s teeth and gums performed by a qualified nurse, and a review of the scan results with  [enter clinician name]. Should the patient wish to discuss further treatment options for dental issues identified in the review, a full examination will be required, to be booked and will be chargeable at the standard rate.   

Appointments are subject to availability currently offered on Fridays only. The  free scan offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that  Bow Lane Dental is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer,  Bow Lane Dental use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the  treatment discount appointment must be cancelled in the event that  Bow Lane Dental  is unable to facilitate the appointment scheduled and cannot rearrange the appointment, no charges will apply as the scan is free. The free scan offer  cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Bow Lane Dental will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the scan provided is safe and effective. However, Bow Lane Dental cannot guarantee that the scan will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues, we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from  Bow Lane Dental  negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law.  The offer is open to people aged 18and over only.  Bow Lane Dental vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.

Bow Lane Dental will first obtain patient consent before sending any anonymised scans (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include any identifiable personal data of patients) which may include consent for the third-party manufacturer of the scanner to collect, and process the anonymised scan for its business purposes.
