We care about people who don’t have access to basic dentistry, and for that reason, we have sponsored the training of a Health Worker in emergency dental care in Tanzania.
Rural Health Workers are provided with the skills, equipment and support to deliver safe, free emergency dental treatment in their communities.
Being a Gold Unity Partner for Bridge2Aid means we can have a long term impact on thousands of patients for years to come.
We are committed to our local community, and that’s why we work with the Sick Children’s Trust, who provide accommodation for the families of very sick children just minutes from their bedside.
The Sick Children’s Trust works across the UK, and we support their work at the nearby Stevenson House at the Royal London Children’s Hospital. We make an annual donation to the Sick Children’s Trust as a business, and channel our team’s fundraising to the causes as well.
There are a number of excellent initiatives to raise funds and encourage Corporate Social Responsibility that take place in the City Each year.
We have supported these for some time, and look to participate annually in events like City Giving Day, and support fundraising events in the area.
The Smile Squad is our own initiative, run in co-operation with the City of London Corporation & others.
It involves oral health education visits to local schools and pre-schools to promote good oral health habits to parents and small children.
From November to April, our team make regular trips to the City and neighbouring boroughs to provide screening, lessons and provide support materials.
