Patient Coordinator
Nefertiti joined the Bow Lane Team in December 2021 after spending 4 years at Mars global confectionary as a receptionist. Nefertiti is your first point of contact as a Patient Coordinator together with Nelly.
She is very keen on making all of our patients feel welcome and also willing to comfort them when they are nervous. With many years of customer experience her gaol is to make sure you leave our practice feeling satisfied with your visit at Bow Lane.
Originally from Congo, she arrived at London at the age of 5. Nef has never stopped growing and trying different things. She studied Make Up Artistry at the University of Birmingham and worked as a make up artist for 6 years. During the first lockdown, she studied an online course for counselling and now, she enjoys sharing her knowledge and practising with her family and close friends.
