Savan is our new general and cosmetic dentist at Bow Lane Dental Group. He graduated from Cardiff University in 2009. Following 2 years of maxillofacial surgery training at hospitals in Wales and around Essex he decided to move back into general dental practice in Norwich. The dream was always to move to London which he did in 2015 and has since improved his skills with a diploma in clear aligners (Invisalign) and advanced facial aesthetic treatments.
Savan’s specific goal is to restore and improve a person's confidence in themselves. This starts with a full face treatment planning approach. Treatments can range from simple improvements in a person's smile with teeth whitening, to complex full face treatments with dental rehabilitation and facial aesthetic treatments. His primary dental interests revolve around aligning the position of teeth (with Invisalign) to make them most suitable to restore or contour with composite or porcelain.
In his spare time, Savan is a keen golfer and has recently taken up tai-chi. He loves travelling with Hoi-an in Vietnam being one of his favourite travel destinations.
I grew up in Kenya, so visiting as a teen, I remember the typical sights that make London unique. But for me, it's the iconic double-decker red London buses!
My grandfather told me to make sure I live life to the fullest and travel the world. He worked hard through his life and didn't get to do that.
I'd add an additional bank holiday. If we need a reason? Lionesses winning the Euros!
I have an unhealthy relationship with travel pages on Instagram. I am always looking for new destinations to visit. Montenegro was my most recent.
I would say the Shard. It's got fantastic views and great restaurants.
I've always dreamed of visiting Australia and New Zealand. I think 2023 has to be the year?!
